Cinema Catering was founded by Chef Philippe Gallichet and his wife,Phyllis, in 1995. Philippe Gallichet was born and educated in The Loire Valley of France. His experience includes prestigious restaurants and hotels in Paris, The French Riviera, and areas of Los Angeles, California. Phyllis Gallichet holds a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Phyllis has experience supervising food service employees, dietary consulting and small business management. This unique background in business, food, and nutrition provides Cinema Catering with an extra level of consulting capabilities and a distinct sensitivity to special dietary needs. |

The Fincannon's a Wilmington, North Carolina based casting company, began casting operations in Charlotte NC in the late 70's. They relocated to Wilmington in 1983 to accommodate the needs of Screen Gems Studios, The Largest Film and Television Production Studio in the Southeast. The Fincannon's have cast literally hundreds of commercials, series, television and feature films.
